PBX Integration
Plug into your existing phone system
We built our own pbx-edge registrar: a production SIP service that registers agent extensions against Cloud Kinnekt and Asterisk PBXs, then streams call audio into our voice engine.
Configure everything from the admin UI: SIP username, domain, signaling URL, inbound toggle, and encrypted passwords stored in Postgres. No SSH into telephony servers to add an agent.

Our edge service maintains one SIP registration per agent with WSS signaling, automatic re-registration, and health checks.

Caller Dials Extension
Inbound calls from Cloud Kinnekt or Asterisk hit pbx-edge, which bridges audio to the voice engine over WebSocket.
Step 4
AI Talks or Transfers
Natural two-way conversation with sub-second response times. When the caller asks for a human, we REFER to a PBX extension or E.164 number.
